Condition for Ordering Alcoholic Beverages for Business Customers
The Company requests cooperation from all business customers to comply with the legal and ethical guidelines for ordering alcoholic beverages. This is to promote sales and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Ordering Qualifications
Only business customers with a valid and valid liquor license can order products in this category. The Company reserves the right to request a copy of the license for verification and recordkeeping prior to the first order.
Ordering Requirements
Minimum Order Quantity
Each alcohol order must be a minimum of 10 liters per order.
Legal Sale Period: Sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages are prohibited during election periods, from the date specified by the government (generally from 6:00 PM the day before Election Day to 6:00 PM on Election Day). The Company will notify customers in advance through various channels.
Promotion Policy
To maintain standards and appropriateness in the distribution of alcoholic beverages, products in this category cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers, including but not limited to:
Discounts or special promotions of any kind
Buy-one-get-one-free or free gifts
Multiple orders (Bundle/Group Price)
Free Shipping
Collection or Redemption of Macro Points
Usage of Gift Vouchers and Discount Coupons
Promotions with Credit Cards or Financial Institutions

Individual customers over 20 years of age are eligible to purchase alcohol from us.
You must be 20 years of age or older and not a prohibited person under the law.
Delivery:
- Free delivery when you meet the specified purchase criteria (which is subject to change).
- You must be 20 years of age or older to receive your order at the delivery address.
- The recipient must present their ID card to verify their age to the delivery staff before receiving the order.
- If the recipient cannot present their ID card or is not present to receive the order, the delivery staff reserves the right to refuse delivery and the customer will be charged a delivery fee.
Payment Terms and Conditions
You agree to comply with our guidelines, rules, and policies regarding the purchase of products through the website. Besides, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the changes published on the platform. The payment terms and conditions will apply to purchase orders and payment made between you and the seller.
- You agree to pay for products by credit or debit card that can be used for a legal settlement
- You agree not to cancel the payment later unless you receive a product that does not appropriate to the agreement, the product has not been delivered within the shipping period, or the product you receive is significantly different from the seller description
- You acknowledge the Refund Policy of a payment that are successfully paid, this can be done only when the seller agrees and notifies the refund request.
- You acknowledge all refunds to be made through the original payment method and to the person making the transaction.
- You acknowledge no guarantee that the refund will be credited to your account on time. The refund process may take time and depends on each bank and/or the payment service provider who process the refund.
